Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) has entered into a share purchase agreement with Korean telecom vendor Dasan Networks, to offload 56.13 per cent stake in the latter to a group of investors including Dasan Invest, Dasan TPS, Skylake Limited and some individual Korean investors. With the acquisition complete, the Korean investors will hold 60.83 per cent stake in the company. Dasan Networks, which has been supplying broadband access equipment and services to NSN, will continue to cooperate with the company in markets aside from Korea and Japan.
