Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) has reportedly refused to supply 9.63 million GSM lines to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) at a price of $91 per line. In the LoI given to Nokia, BSNL offered a price accepted by Ericsson for its share of the order. Nokia is not willing to accept this. According to sources, Ericsson has also refused to accept the entire quantity of NSN’s 40 per cent share in the order.
