Nokia plans to start building a Nokia Software Park in east N China’s Zhejiang Province by June this year. This will be an extension of the company’s Hangzhou R&D centre. Nokia has already built the Xingwang (International) Industrial Park in Beijing, which focuses on manufacturing mobile communication terminals and equipment.
