HMD Global, in partnership with Reliance Retail, has launched the Nokia C01 Plus smartphone in India.

As part of this partnership, Jio users can avail of a JioExclusive offer either through retail stores or by self-enrolling on the MyJio app. This will provide instant price support of 10 per cent on the price and they will be required to pay Rs 5,399 only.

The new C-series smartphone comes in a 2GB RAM+16GB storage variant and is priced at Rs 5,999. The Nokia C01 Plus has a 5.45-inch HD+ display. In terms of camera, the phone is packed with a 2 MP front-facing camera and, a 5 MP HDR camera at the rear. The device is equipped with a removable 3,000 mAh battery, which  is claimed to provide up to one day of battery backup. The device is powered by Android 11 Go Edition and will receive security updates for at least two years, according to an official statement.
