Nokia has completed the consolidation of its four production joint ventures in China.

Nokia has completed the consolidation of its four production joint ventures in China. The new joint venture, named Nokia-Capitel Communication, has become the biggest manufacturer and export production enterprise in China’s telecom industry. Headquartered in the Beijing Economic and Technology Development Zone, the new company is under the direct control of the Nokia (China) Investment Company. The former joint ventures, Nokia Hangxing (Beijing) Communication System, Nokia (Suzhou) Telecommunication and Dongguan Nokia Mobile, have become subsidiaries in Beijing, Suzhou and Dongguan.
