Nokia Corporation in a $212 million deal to expand the digital network for DTAC -

Nokia Corporation, the world’s largest cellphone maker, has entered into a $212 million deal to expand the digital network for Thailand’s second largest mobile service provider, Total Access Communications Plc, or DTAC. The two-year contract for the expansion of the high speed GSM/GPRS/EDGE network includes providing base stations as well as network and service management systems. Deliveries have begun and will be completed by the end of the year.
