The government has approved data centre solutions firm Netmagic Solution?s proposal regarding its parent company Japan-based NTT Communications? increasing its stake in Netmagic to up to 81.63 per cent.

NTT Communications currently holds 74 per cent stake in Netmagic Solution and the proposed amount for increasing its stake is Rs 5.75 billion.

Netmagic provides data centre infrastructure lifecycle management services from eight carrier-neutral data centres located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Noida (Delhi-NCR) and Chennai. It delivers services to plan, design, manage, support and migrate IT infrastructure running applications for over 1,200 enterprises across the globe.
