The Ahmedabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has cleared the merger of Vodafone India Digital and Idea Telesystems with Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL).
Vodafone India Digital and Idea Telesystems are wholly-owned arms of VIL which are involved in driving its digital apps business.
As per the company filing, the subsidiaries stand amalgamated with the company with an appointed date of April 1, 2019.
