nasscom has appointed Sindhu Gangadharan, senior vice president (SVP) and managing director (MD) of SAP Labs India as the new vice chairperson. The move comes after Rajesh Nambiar, chairman and MD, Cognizant India was named as the new chairperson. Gangadharan will take over as top chairperson in the next cycle.
As the first woman to lead SAP Labs India, she oversees the product development and innovation across all five centres including Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
In addition, Gangadharan was chosen as chairperson of the nasscom global capability centres (GCC) council 2023-25 earlier in 2023. She also serves on the boards of Siemens India and Titan company.
