Nasioncom Holdings Bhd plans to launch the first broadband inter net phone service in Malaysia.

Nasioncom Holdings Bhd plans to launch the first broadband interN net phone service in Malaysia. The company intends to tie up with Telekom Malaysia Bhd, the biggest telephone company in the country, to provide interconnectivity for its 015 broadband telephony service. Nasioncom is also in talks with Maxis Communications Bhd, Celcom Bhd and DiGi.Com Bhd for similiar tie-ups. The service is expected to be about 50 per cent cheaper than the conventional phone service.
