MTNL records widening of consolidated loss to Rs 6.59 billion during Q3 FY’ 2021-22

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has released its financial results for the third quarter ended December 2021.

As per the release, MTNL witnessed widening of its consolidated loss to Rs 6.59 billion during the quarter. A year ago, the company had posted a loss of Rs 6.38 billion during the same period.

Meanwhile, the consolidated revenue from operations of MTNL declined by about 16 per cent to Rs 3.04 billion during the reported quarter. During the same period in the previous financial year, the operator had posted a revenue of Rs 3.60 billion.
