MTNL and BSNL are back on the negotiating table

MTNL and BSNL are back on the negotiating table. In response to BSNL’s request, MTNL has sent the company details of the lowest rates offered by private NLD operators for carrying MTNL’s STD traffic. MTNL had earlier invited bids from private NLD operators to protest against BSNL’s high carriage rates of Re 0.65 per minute charged for STD traffic.
