MTAR has signed a pact with IN-SPACe India for designing and developing a two stage to low-earth orbit all liquid small satellite launch vehicle.
The memorandum for understanding (MoU) will help both the parties secure various requirements including avionics, sub systems testing, facilitation of launch among others during any stage in the design, development and launch phase.
The MoU will remain in force for three years.
