
Motorola has reported sales of 3 million devices between February 2014 and December 2014, for its Moto product range via Flipkart. The company has also reported that it will continue to sell devices through the e-commerce route in India. Presently, it has an established a network of 150 service centres across various cities and is planning for opening more such service centres.
To create brand awareness, the company has recently introduced the Moto Care Van, which is driven to the user?s home within an hour of a call. This service was launched in Delhi with eight service vans and is presently under its trial stage. The Moto Care Van showcases the Moto product range, and with the help of the van the company?s technicians attend service calls and run some diagnostic work on the device, at the customer?s doorstep.
