Motorola has signed a contract with Zain Nigeria to expand the operator’s coverage and capacity in the country and improve network service quality.

Motorola has signed a contract with Zain Nigeria to expand the operator’s coverage and capacity in the country and improve network service quality. The contract will enable Zain to offer services to rural customers who previously did not have access to cellular coverage. The project, which will also enhance data services for existing mobile phone users, is scheduled to be completed by early 2010.
