Digital wallet service firm, MobiKwik is targeting to increase its user base to 10 million by November 2014. Presently, MobiKwik adds an average of 30,000 new users on a daily basis and handles about 200,000 transactions across 5,000 merchants on e-commerce websites.
About 10 per cent of MobiKwik?s current revenue is driven by the third-party e-commerce sites and application-based transactions. The company is aiming at these transactions to account for about 30 per cent of its total revenue by March 2015.
At present, MobiKwik has eight million wallet users, of which 5 million are on mobile devices. The company?s digital wallet, allows its users to load money, which can be used for making payments over Internet.
