Microsoft has appointed Aparna Gupta as the leader of its global delivery centre.
Gupta joined Microsoft six years ago as the lead for the company’s commercial software engineering. According to Microsoft, she has contributed heavily to the company’s business and oversaw the establishment of the customer success unit (CSU).
In her new role, Gupta will spearhead customer innovation and delivery excellence. The global delivery centre arm was established in 2005 in Hyderabad and focuses on deliveries of industry solutions to Microsoft’s partners.
