The ministry of electronics and information technology (MeitY) has launched an automated real-time performance smart-board to effectively monitor key government programmes.
The smart-board will focus on the effective monitoring and measurement of progress under government programmes such as Digital India, Aadhaar, Digital Payments etc. It aims to enable single-window access for central, state or district specific projects being implemented by MeitY.
According to MeitY, the smart-board will enhance analysis through data integration (using APIs/web services) by consolidating multiple data sources into one centralised, easy-to-access platform. This automated real-time performance smart-board will promote transparency and enhance ease of working.
