
mCarbon has inked a service delivery deal with Bharti Airtel and has launched the Call-me-back prepaid service as part of the same.
The Call-me-back service enables users with a prepaid balance of less than Re 1 to request their contacts to call them back.
Commenting on the tie-up, Rajesh Razdan, co-founder and director, mCarbon Tech Innovation, says, “The customer’s experience of an operator has many facets and involves many touch-points.
