MAXX Mobiles to earn revenues of Rs 15 billion from its handset business in financial year 2012

MAXX Mobiles is reportedly aiming at generating revenues of Rs 15 billion from its handset and accessories business in financial year 2012.

According to Ajjay Agarwal, chairman and managing director, MAXX Mobiles, “We have an expansive product portfolio and back it up with strong after-sales service. This fiscal, we should reach Rs 8-8.50 billion in revenue from handsets.? The remaining Rs 6.50 billon would accrue from the accessories business, he added.

Last year, the revenue from its handset distribution and accessories business was reportedly Rs 14.52 billion, with about Rs 7.50 billion generated from the handset segment.
