Malaysian mobile operator DiGi Telecommunications is planning to invest more than MYR1.1-1.3 billion in 2009. DiGi, which trails behind Maxis Mobile and Celcom in the Malaysian mobile market, will spend about 30 per cent of this planned investment on its 3G network.
