Malaysia TuneTalk signs an agreement with Loxley, to foray into the Thailand telecom space

Malaysia TuneTalk has signed an agreement with Loxley and is foraying into the Thailand telecom space, say news reports.

It will also reportedly re-brand its existing i-Kool 3G network. Loxley has been a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) of state-owned operator, TOT Corporation since 2009. TuneTalk in Malaysia is also an MVNO operating on Celcom’s network.
