Malaysia-based telecom service provider Telekom Malaysia has sold 3.2 per cent stake in its 88 per cent-owned Sri Lankan mobile operator Dialog Telekom.

Malaysia-based telecom service provider Telekom Malaysia has sold 3.2 per cent stake in its 88 per cent-owned Sri Lankan mobile operator Dialog Telekom. The sale, which is intended to increase liquidity, is in response to managerial concerns that there are too few Dialog shares in the market. Telekom Malaysia has reportedly raised about $58 million from the sale.
