Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) is planning to enter into agreements with global telecom operators to expand its roaming facility for its “Dolphin” mobile services. The company has invited expressions of interest (EoIs) from vendors to conclude international roaming agreements on its behalf with various international GSM operators. Currently, MTNL has a roaming agreement with BSNL, which has been outsourcing the process to enter global roaming arrangements.
