L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has announced the sale of its Smart World and Communication (SWC) division to AMI Paradigm Solutions as part of its five-year strategy to sharpen focus on artificial intelligence (AI)-led digital and engineering capabilities.
The transaction, valued at Rs 4.52 billion, will be executed on a slump sale basis, subject to adjustments for working capital, net debt and other conditions. The deal is expected to close on or before September 30, 2026.
AMI Paradigm Solutions is a special purpose entity set up by ParadigmIT Technology Services Private Limited, focused on advancing AI for public systems and critical infrastructure.
Under the agreement, the acquiring entity will be structured as a joint venture between ParadigmIT and AM Intelligence Labs Private Limited, promoted by the founders of the Greenko Group.
