L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) has appointed Amit Chadha as deputy chief executive officer (CEO), with effect from April 1, 2020.
At present, Chadha is president sales and business development and whole-time director of the company.
As per LTTS, the move is based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and comes as company’s succession planning.
Chadha had joined Larsen & Toubro – IES Division in 2009 as area vice-president. He was then transferred to LTTS in April 2014, and was designated business head, North America and Asia. Chadha has been serving on the board of LTTS since February 1, 2015.
