Loop Telecom, a subsidiary of the Ruias-managed Loop Mobile (earlier BPL Mobile), has soft-launched its cellular services in the Tamil Nadu and Orissa circles.

Loop Telecom, a subsidiary of the Ruias-managed Loop Mobile (earlier BPL Mobile), has soft-launched its cellular services in the Tamil Nadu and Orissa circles. Loop is planning to extend its services to the Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala circles by June 2009.
