Lava International has restructured the company’s board, by elevating members of the leadership team and adding two independent directors. The rejig comes amid Hari Om Rai, co-founder, Lava stepping down from the board.
The company has elevated Sanjeev Agarwal, chief manufacturing officer, Lava as its board member. In addition, Sunil Raina, executive director, Lava was elevated to the position of a whole-time director in November 2023, and has been approved by the board in February 2024.
The company has also appointed Anupam Srivastava, ex-Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) chairman and managing director, and Ajay Kumar Singh, former lieutenant governor, Andaman and Nicobar island, and Puducherry as independent directors.
The board also includes co-founders Shailendra Nath Rai, Sunil Bhalla and Vishal Sehgal, continuing from before.
