Lava International has introduced the IRIS 405 and the IRIS 455 smartphones which function on the Android jellybean operating system.
Both the smartphones are powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor and offer 4 GB internal storage which is expandable using a microSD card.
The smartphones support technologies like 3G and Wi-Fi and pack in a 4 inch and 4.5 inch screen, respectively. The IRIS 405 is priced at Rs 7,499 and the IRIS 455 is priced at Rs 8,699
