Lava International has appointed Rishi Mohan Bhatnagar, a former executive of Aeries Communications, as the new president. In his new position, he will take charge of research and development (R&D), designs, and innovation.
Further, he will lay more emphasis on Make in India program while building a complete ecosystem for electronics manufacturing and benefiting from supportive government policies like the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme.
Prior to this, he was president of Aeris Communications and led its business in the India, Middle East and Africa and the Asia Pacific regions. He has also held senior leadership positions at Tech Mahindra and Perot Systems, which was acquired by Dell in 2009.
