Kolkata-based handset vendor Reach Mobile is planning to invest RS 1,500 million to expand its reach in the Indian market. Of the total investment, Rs 900 million will be spent on expansion of branches, infrastructure and manpower improvement. The company also plans to set up a manufacturing facility in the country and is in talks with several state governments for the purpose.

The company plans to introduce path-breaking technology across different categories of handsets and introduce mobile accessories in 2015-16.
