Jyotiraditya M Scindia, Union Minister of Communications and Development of the North Eastern Region, reportedly held a comprehensive meeting on April 15-16, 2025, with A. Robert J. Ravi, chairman and managing director, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), along with senior officers and chief general managers (CGMs) from all 27 BSNL circles.
Highlighting a key milestone, Scindia applauded BSNL for achieving net profitability after 18 years. Further, the minister instructed that monthly meetings be held to exchange best practices and collaboratively address regional challenges. He further directed each circle to prepare a comprehensive customer growth plan and business plan for the financial year 2025–26.
