The Reliance Group has appointed Juergen Hase as the new CEO of its internet of things (IoT) business vertical. Prior to this, Hase was director, IoT/M2M, at Qatar-based Ooerdoo, where he was responsible for implementing the company’s IoT business in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia, in multiple segments such as automotive, telematics, smart cities, healthcare, insurance and energy. Hase has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, during which time he has developed, implemented and executed new businesses in different global markets.
