John Mullen, chairman, Telstra will step down from his position at the conclusion of the company’s annual general meeting on October 17, 2023. He has served as chairman for seven years and has been with Telstra for 15 years in total.
Mullen will be succeeded by Craig Dunn, executive director, Telstra, who has been associated with the company since April 2016. He is also currently serving as the chairman of the audit and risk committee. Dunn has over two decades of experience in financial services in Australia and Asia.
