Jio Platforms receives combined investment worth Rs 26.24 billion from Intel Capital and Qualcomm Asia Pacific

Jio Platforms Limited, the digital arm of Reliance Jio, has received a combined investment worth Rs 26.24 billion from Intel Capital and Qualcomm Asia Pacific.

Intel Capital has invested Rs 18.94 billion for an equity share of 0.39 per cent in Jio Platforms.

Further, Qualcomm Asia Pacific has invested Rs 7.3 billion for a 0.15 per cent equity share in the digital arm.

With this investment, Jio Platforms has raised Rs 1.18 trillion in three months from leading technology investors.
