Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) has launched a mobile number portability (MNP) solution with artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) integration and support for 5G standards.
According to the company, its MNP solution allows telecom operators to gain end-to- end visibility into customer movement, behaviour, and preferences. It provides telcos with intelligent insights to help them tailor their offerings.
As per the company, telcos can take proactive actions to boost customer engagement, maximise the efficiency of customer retention strategies, and engage in targeted acquisition efforts.
