Reliance Jio-backed conversational artificial intelligence (AI) company Jio Haptik has launched SOLO, an AI-powered platform designed to help solopreneurs and small businesses automate marketing, sales and customer support.
The company said it aims to make advanced AI capabilities accessible to more than 2 million solopreneurs and small businesses over the next three years.
India is home to more than 65 million micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), many of which operate through digital platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp while managing day-to-day business operations.
According to Jio Haptik, SOLO automates tasks including content creation, customer engagement, lead generation, sales and customer support, allowing entrepreneurs to focus on growing and managing their businesses.
The company said the platform is targeted at businesses such as home bakers, boutique owners, coaches, clinics, salons and service centres that increasingly rely on digital channels to reach customers.
