ITI Limited again extends closing date of its FPO to February 5

ITI Limited has again extended the closing date of its follow-on-public offer (FPO) to February 5, 2020. Earlier, the FPO was slated to close on January 31, 2020.

However, the price band will remain the same at Rs 71 to Rs 77 per equity share. According to national stock exchange (NSE), the issue was 0.58 times subscribed as on January 31, 2020.

ITI Limited plans to raise Rs 14 billion of which Rs 6,070 million will be utilised for repaying loans.
