ISM Communications has completed its purchase of 40 per cent stake in Eastern Philippines Telecommunications, an established provider of fixed line telephone services, which is branching out into data transmission and broadband internet services. ISM purchased the stake for $8.2 million from Australian Gigahertz and raised its overall holding to nearly 58 per cent.
