Intex Technologies has appointed Rumpa Roy as head of business excellence. She will be responsible for process efficiency enhancement,  streamlining processes and continuous improvement across processes. She will also focus on business process mapping/re-engineering. Prior to joining Intex, Roy worked with Goodyear India Limited as senior manager, business excellence and sales operation. In the past, she has worked with Dell International Services Private Limited, HCL Technologies and INOX Global Services.
