Intex Technologies has appointed Arun Kumar as adviser. In this role, he will be responsible for the gradual transformation of the company’s policies to enhance employee engagement in delivering business goals. Kumar will be working at the macro level to enhance the leadership capacity and talent management of the company. Prior to this, Kumar has worked with organisations such as the K.K. Modi Group, Escorts JCB Limited and Hindustan Lever Limited.
