CtrlS Datacenters has announced that Intel has established its next-generation processor research and development (R&D) lab at its Bengaluru data centre facility.
According to CtrlS, the facility is an “at-scale” location for developing new microprocessor architectures. This lab is the latest addition to Intel’s global advanced data centre development labs. The Bengaluru lab is specifically designed to facilitate large-scale testing, with a focus on developing high-quality and reliable computing systems. By establishing a strong presence in India’s technology hub, Intel aims to tap into local talent and expertise to drive innovation in microprocessor technology.
