According to a regulatory filing, Tejinder Kalra, chief operating officer (COO) and Vikas Poddar, chief financial officer (CFO) of Indus Towers will be jointly responsible for the functioning of the company under the guidance of the board and the chairman.

The move comes in the backdrop of resignation of Bimal Dayal, managing director (MD), chief executive officer (CEO), and director of the board, with effect from September 17, 2022.

Meanwhile, the regulatory filing further added that Kalra and Poddar will look after the proceedings of the company till the vacancy of MD and CEO is filled.
