Indonesia-based telecom firm PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is planning to incur a capital expenditure of $2.1 billion in 2009, compared to $2 billion in 2008. Of the total capital, 70 per cent has been set aside for developing broadband infrastructure and services.
