India, Israel and the US have reportedly entered into a trilateral cooperation on digital leadership and innovation and developing next generation of emerging technologies, including a transparent, open and secure 5G communication network.
The collaboration spans from science to research and development (R&D) in coming up with the next generations of technologies.
According to US Agency for International Development (USAID), collaboration in 5G is a just tip of the iceberg and a first step. The branching out of this trilateral initiative was initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Israel in July 2017.
