In light of India’s vision to reach $300 billion worth of electronics manufacturing and exports by 2025-26, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, minister of state for electronics and information technology, noted that the government is committed to work in partnership with all states to support startups and entrepreneurs keen on investing in the sector to realise the aforesaid vision.

Further, Chandrasekhar praised the Electronics Manufacturing Clusters (EMC) for being a step in the direction for realising country’s vision of making India the global hub of electronic manufacturing.

According to the minister, EMCs are fast becoming centres of creation of electronics manufacturing, innovation and jobs. They are expected to play a big role in the future and shape India’s Techade in design innovation and electronics manufacturing.
