India and Japan discussed cybersecurity cooperation during the fourth India-Japan Cyber Dialogue held virtually on June 30, 2022.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the two sides discussed the important areas of bilateral cyber cooperation and reviewed the progress achieved so far in the areas of cybersecurity and information and communication technology (ICT), including 5G. Cooperation in 5G telecom technology was prominently focused on during the discussion.
