IMI Mobile, a Hyderabad-based VAS provider, will acquire UK-based digital content delivery services provider dx3. The deal is expected to be completed in two months and will add $10 million to IMI’s top line within the first year of the acquisition. IMI is now planning to acquire a VAS company in the US.
