The India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) has elected Navin Bishnoi as chairperson of its new executive council for financial year 26-27. Bishnoi is currently assistant vice president (AVP) and India country manager at Marvell Technology. With over 25 years of experience, he has held leadership roles at multinational firms including IBM, Freescale, Cadence Design Systems, and Texas Instruments.

The council also comprises Pradeep Kumar Vajram, vice president at IESA and founder of 7Rays Semiconductors; Anand Kumar, managing director (MD) of STMicroelectronics India; Hitesh Garg, country manager at NXP; Raghu Panicker, chief executive officer (CEO) of Kaynes SemiCon; and Vivek Tyagi, MD of Analog Devices India. Ashok Chandak, president and CEO of IESA, and Ruchir Dixit, advisor at IESA and country manager at Siemens EDA, are also part of the council.
