Idea Cellular is in the process of raising Rs 60 billion through a mix of foreign currency and rupee debt from the export credit agencies of Finland, Sweden and China.
A large part of the funds will be used over the next two years for rolling out services in new circles, in addition to expanding operations in the existing circles.
